Job Descriptions

  • Run and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more to improve campaign performance and drive KPI success.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report performance results on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Proactively provide recommendations and suggestions to deliver actionable audience and optimisation-based insights.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (creative, growth marketing, tech, and SEO) to establish marketing strategies to support revenue goals.
  • Analyse data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement in our performance marketing team.
  • Create, manage and experiment with new channels and strategies to increase revenue
  • Management of monthly budgets to ensure efficient and effective marketing spend.
  • Produce and present regular performance reports, sharing insights via Looker Studio.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of performance marketing experience
  • At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or any related field is preferred
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with data sets to glean insights, with demonstrated ability to organise and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis and reporting
  • Comfortable with working cross-functionally within the Marketing team as well as with other business functions, with a strong desire to learn and collaborate
  • Driven, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with proven technical and analytical aptitude, with a curiosity for testing and innovation.
  • Have a passion for managing social media instagram & tiktok
  • A self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment and new challenges
  • High level of initiative with the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
