Job Descriptions

  • Developing ideas for advertising or promotional and launching campaigns
  • Taking responsibility for the creative concept and the standard of output
  • Supervising the entire creative process and guiding the team that works under your content, design, and production team
  • Hiring and managing the creative team
  • Create integrated effective and efficient marketing campaigns based on market segments to reach marketing goals and objectives
  • Lead the strategy and development of all creative campaigns to ensure consistent branding across channels
  • Determining Creative Content in increasing the company’s Brand Awareness
  • Communicate with the team to understand the creative needs
  • Collect and use data / references / ideas to inform new campaigns and construct evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Keep up with the most recent yet relevant marketing trends, and gimmicks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication Design or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in leading and directing a creative team is required for this position
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative team to give their best
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of the clients vision
  • An awareness of current trends in advertising and design
  • Resilience under pressure and against deadlines Knowledge of the software and applications involved in the creative process
  • Skills in managing people, projects and resources
